v0.0.11
October 18, 2026 · Glass cards, shared controls, and Calendar Glass
- Rebuilt homepage article rows with restrained dark glass, edge-to-edge images, consistent thumbnail saturation, staggered reveals, and an elastic hover lift.
- Added inline card details that expand when hovering the revealed chevron, remain open during internal interactions, and close on departure or outside clicks. Viewport centering follows expansion without moving the card away from the pointer.

- Unified pointer-following border reflections across the header, Spotlight, action controls, and navigation pills while retaining visible segment hover feedback.
- Redesigned Today in History with two Calendar Glass cards, large serif dates, pastel-red accents, text-only Explore this day actions, and neutral grouped navigation. Its heading matches the other sections.
- Updated Spotlight thumbnails to match the featured images and fixed intermittent sun and moon hover-animation replay. Home 2 remains available as the comparison checkpoint.
v0.0.10

- Gave the hero background richer dark tones, softer frost, stronger Ken Burns motion, and deeper top and bottom vignettes.
- Balanced the hero's outer gutters while retaining a stable Spotlight position across stories.
- Made the indicator tracks theme-aware, using black in dark mode and light gray in light mode while preserving the green progress fill.
